Helping Families Enhance Lives

Attorney Kimberly Cain’s estate planning practice focuses on helping families enhance their lives today and secure their future. She excels in guiding her clients through the often confusing maze of financial and legal decisions to create plans that ensure the well-being of their families and the accomplishment of cherished family goals. She knows how difficult it may be to engage in the process of end-of-life planning. She specializes in and is dedicated to providing families and individuals with individualized service based on their specific and unique needs. She will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand the choices you are making and feel empowered to make them.

Kimberly graduated from George Mason University in 1997 and the University of Dayton School of Law in 2000, where she focused her studies on wills, trusts, and estate/gift taxation. After graduating from law school, she worked for a financial planning company, The Ayco Company, A Goldman Sachs Company. There she honed her estate planning and financial planning skills and helped many families plan during difficult times. She was Series (7, 63 & 65) and life and health licensed. Since that time, she has helped families, and individuals plan their estates in addition to other practices.

Kimberly is dedicated to continual education so that she may provide the most effective and efficient knowledge to her clients.
